The All the Bitter New Orleans bitters are amazing in red wines like Sovi, that's why we created a bundle. We recommend starting with 1 dropperful per glass and adding more based on taste preferences.
Wherever a recipe specifies "1 dash", use just under 1 mL, or dropperful, of All The Bitter. Technical measurements vary depending on who you ask, but a dash is around 0.8 mL. Our droppers are marked with incremental mL measurements for your convenience. Bonus: it makes you feel like a scientist or doctor when mixing up drinks.
