TO GATHER

1.5 oz. Dream Light

2 oz. fresh-pressed pear juice

Orange peel

1 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. local honey

1 stick of cinnamon

1 tsp. clove

Citrus Rim Salt, an exclusive for Kin by ILA

1 slice of pear for garnish

TO MAKE

Mix together pear juice, lemon juice, local honey, Dream Light, orange peel, and clove.
Warm the mixture over low heat.
Once warm enough to taste, pour and garnish with a pear and cinnamon stick and add a dash of Citrus Rim Salt.
