A Pentire riff on the classic.
Coastal, herbaceous, fresh.
Ingredients
50ml Pentire Adrift150ml Fevertree Light Tonic
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Garnish
Rosemary, lemon peel or bay leaf.
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, measure in the Pentire and top up with the tonic. Stir and garnish with your chosen herb or lemon peel.
