Bourbon Meyer Lemon Sour

A classic pre-dinner cocktail with winter citrus and the spirit of bourbon.


  • 3 oz Free Spirits' The Spirit of Bourbon
  • 0.75 oz Meyer lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz simple syrup
  • 0.25 oz aquafava  (the strained liquid from a can of chickpeas)


  • In an iced cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and shake well
  • Strain over ice in a bucket glass or up into a coupe glass
  • Garnish with a cherry and meyer lemon peel
