4D Blackthorn
Elegant & a little bit naughty, this one is for the Negroni, Manhattan or Martini lovers. Slightly bitter, slightly sweet and a whole lot of complexity in the glass. Float a passion flower on top for extra bonus points!
INGREDIENTS
- 15ml Social Elixir
- 35ml dessert wine - we like Jurancon but any Southwest will do
- 35ml sloe gin - homemade is great
HOW
Stir all the ingredients in a mixing vessel with lots of ice and strain into a chilled glass. Zest with the oils from an orange peel and then discard it.
